| US Parcel Post |
|
US Parcel Post is a regular mail shipment service that normally delivers orders within 3-4 weeks.
The options for this service and associated fees to your address will be displayed in our Check-Out interface when you place your order.

| Premium Delivery |
|
Premium Delivery is a courier shipment service using DHL International or UPS International as your delivery agent.
You may choose between a Standard Delivery service that normally delivers orders within 1 week, or an Express Delivery service that normally delivers orders within 2-3 days. The options for this service and associated fees to your address will be displayed in our Check-Out interface when you place your order.
We also provide an online status tracking system for Premium delivery shipments so you can check the status of your shipment online.

Most orders leave our US warehouse within 24 to 48 hours.
Please note that we're not able to guarantee shipment delivery times, nor cover any customs or taxes charged by your government for international orders as this is not in our control.
We also can not take any responsibility for additional costs incurred by incorrect delivery address information that you enter into the system.
