You can return any item within the first 20 days of you receiving it, providing that it is returned to us in undamaged condition, and you agree to the following:
Return shipments should be registered and clearly marked as: RETURN FOR REFUND - NO COMMERCIAL VALUE.
You must complete our Product Return Request and specify the return shipment tracking number and date of your return.
We will notify you by e-mail once we have received and processed your return. Refunds will be made in the same form as your purchase and will be processed within 5 - 7 business days of validating your return.
If you cancel your order before we send it, we will make every effort to halt your shipment and give you a refund at that time. You can cancel your order online by signing into My Account or by contacting us.
Please note that we can not refund shipment charges, additional service charges or taxes incurred by you, or any discrepancies as result of currency exchange fluctuations
We will happily replace any item damaged during shipment to you, providing that it is returned to us within the first 10 days of you receiving it, and you agree to the following:

You must return the goods with the original shipment packaging and documents (so that we can investigate and process a damage claim with our shipment agents).

Our normal refund terms do not apply to items ordered with custom colours, styles or other changes. These items are custom made-to-order and therefore they're not returnable or refundable.
Please carefully follow these instructions to return an item:
Begin by signing into My Account using your login E-mail Address & Password.
Select Review Your Orders to display your purchase orders and then click Review beside the order containing the item(s) you want to return.
Then press Review beside the shipment record in the Shipment Information section and then select (check mark) the item(s) you want to return before pressing the Return button.
A Product Return Request form will then be displayed. You must specify the Shipment Company and enter the exact Shipment Tracking # and Date Sent information (so that we can follow your return).
You must then enter Quantity of each item you are returning and select a Return Reason before pressing the Submit button.
We will notify you by e-mail regarding your return and refund if applicable, once we receive and process your return (therefore it is very important that your e-mail address on file is up-to-date).
If you indicate that you are returning an incorrect or damaged item, we will send a replacement item as soon as possible.
